Timothy Allen WilliamsTimothy Allen Williams was born on December 28, 1963, in CoCo Beach, Florida. He served in the United States Navy from 1982 – 1986 as an interior communications electrician aboard the USS Concord. On Christmas Eve 1982 he married the love of his life, Trisha Pat Boeh, in Ashland, OH. Their union was soon blessed by the births of two sons, Joshua Allen in 1983, and Jacob Brian in 1992. Using the skills he gained in the Navy, Tim forged a successful career as an electrician in the foundry industry. It was his career that brought him to Jacksonville, AL, in 1997. Settling his family amongst the rolling foothills of the Appalachians, Tim worked for Central Castings for 17 years and then went on to Lee Brass where he worked for the next 10 years.
Tim was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, a steadfast provider who always put his family first. Affectionately nick-named “Tim Dog” by his eldest son, the name stuck and was picked up by his granddaughter as soon as she could speak.
A self-professed gear-head, Tim spent much of his free time working on antique vehicles, building many from scratch over the years. After a long day spent in the garage he could be found relaxing in his recliner, enjoying NASCAR or Alabama football.
Timothy Allen Williams is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Trisha Pat Williams; sons, Joshua Allen (Jasmyne Hill) Williams and Jacob Brian Williams; brothers, Steve Knight and Eric Williams; mother, Karen Kelley (Terry Kelley); and granddaughter, Ophelia Greg Williams.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, an organization that helps families of fallen military and first responders.
