Tim Carter, 77, of Toney, Alabama, passed away on September 14th, 2024, at his residence. He was born on December 2nd, 1946, to parents Howard L. Carter and Elizabeth Bullington Carter.
Tim is survived by his wife, Frankie Carter; his daughter, Robin Wolfe (Jackie); his grandson, Jack Carter Clem; siblings Kay Holt (Tim), Steve Carter (Wanda), & June Collins (Ken); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will be held on Monday, September 16th, 2024, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home from 10am to 11:15am with services following in the chapel at 11:30am. Jimmy Clark will be officiating the service with Bethel Deacons to serve as active pallbearers. Bethel Elders will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Tim served as an Elder at Bethel Church of Christ for many years. He volunteered in Ramp Construction for the support of indigent and homebound Alabama residents. Tim loved family, friends, farming, and fishing. He served as a member of the Alabama National Guard and was a Social Worker for the State of Alabama for over 30 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bethel Church of Christ Building Fund.
