Funeral for Tillie Letson Shelton, 71, of Hillsboro will be Thursday, October 23, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Archie Letson Sr. and Bro. Brandon Kerby officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Shelton, who died Monday, October 20, 2014, at USA Decatur Health & Rehabilitation, was born January 21, 1942, in Lawrence County to James W. Letson and Lenos Lee Smith Letson. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Hillsboro Baptist Church. Her parents preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Gary Alton Shelton; ond daughter, Ginger D. Terry; two sisters, Anita Pettie Watkins and Syble Naylor; one grandchild, Tyler S. Terry; and five brothers, David Letson (Beth), Archie Letson I (Janet), Jody Letson (Diane), Milton Letson and Wendell Letso
