Tiffanie Margaret (Lau) Wilburn Fletcher

Tiffanie Margaret, Magge to her family, was born April 26, 1990, in Huntsville, AL. She went to be with her Lord on November 3, 2021.
Tiffanie is survived by her sons, Peyton Scott Lau and Jayden Glenn Wilburn. Her parents, William Scott and Cynthia S. Lau, III. Her two sisters, Lacey (and husband, Brooklyn) Isom, and Catye Lau. Her grandparents, Edgar and Martha Sibley, Jr. Her nephew, Isaiah Lee Isom, and niece Mary-Grace Isom. Her husband of 7 weeks, Justin Fletcher, and two step-sons, Justin and Marty. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her dog, Max.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents William and Karaan Lau, Jr.; and Raymond and Dorris Hicks. Great-Grandparents Edgar and Earnestine Sibley, Sr; Luther and Mary Lewis; William and Margaret Lau, Sr.; and Loran and Lee Smith.
Tiffanie grew up in Hazel Green and New Market, AL. She attended Hazel Green Elementary, Walnut Grove Elementary, Riverton Middle School, New Market School, Buckhorn High School, and graduated from the Brook Academy. She played volleyball at Riverton, and played Soccer and volleyball at Buckhorn High School. As a child, she and her sisters played all sports in a team setting. Tiffanie always “played up” with her sisters on the older team. If you wanted one Lau girl, you took all three! She was always a desired player by the other coaches on tournament teams. Tiffanie started playing soccer as a young child, and ended up playing on the Buckhorn High School team while only in middle school. She was very talented and loved the game. She had plans to play soccer in the adult league in this coming season.
Tiffanie attended church with her family at Shiloh Church of Christ, and later at Union Grove Church of Christ. Her son, Peyton, was born on Sunday, and the next Sunday she had him at church. The last Sunday of her life, she spent at Shiloh Church of Christ with her family and friends. Tiffanie was baptized on Independence Day, at the age of 9 years old, and was a life-long member of the church. She loved the Lord, and never hesitated to show and share that love to others. She would never hesitate to help others in need. She showed her children her love of Christ by sharing her blessings on many occasions. She loved blessing children she came in contact with, who had a need. These blessings included Christmas gifts, Easter baskets, and school supplies, among other things.
Tiffanie developed an entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. Her parents started businesses, and she followed in her family footsteps. At a young age she raised chickens and sold eggs, she bottle-fed calves and sold them. As a teenager, she started buying and selling boutique children’s clothing. As an adult, she started a cleaning company, which became her life-long work. Her company, T.W. Cleaning, was very successful. She never hesitated to mentor other women in starting their own companies, as well.
One of Tiffanie’s passions was fashion. She loved beautiful things, and all things “pretty”, including her eyelashes, nails, and tattoos. The funeral director stated she had never seen eye lashes so long on another person!
But the love of her life, her pride and joy, were her sons.
There will be a public visitiation Thursday, November 11, 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a private funeral.
