Thomas William Nance, Sr., age 60, of Anniston, passed away in his home on July 16th, 2022. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents: Travis and Margie Nance. Thomas is survived by his siblings: James Nance and Susan List, his children: Thomas Nance Jr., Sarah Nance, Anjelique Zayas, Darren Henson, and Kendel Johnson, and his grandchildren: Gabriel Zayas, Jaxon Henson, Dontavious Johnson, Jr., Kairi Zayas, Elizabeth Zayas, Eligh Johnson, and Malakhi Johnson. Born on February 19, 1962, Thomas was raised in Bynum, Alabama. Thomas was a loving father, grandfather, and a wonderful friend to many. Thomas was a man of many talents. By trade, he worked as a carpenter, painter, and handyman. His true calling was music. Throughout his life, Thomas was a bassist, singer, and songwriter. He also played guitar and drums. In recent years, he developed a passion for art and began painting. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 23rd, 2022, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Indian Hills Farm, 8242 Eastaboga Road, Eastaboga, AL 36260. The family asks that 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm be reserved for family only.
