Thomas Victor “Vic” Jackson

 Thomas Victor “Vic” Jackson, 80, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022 at his residence.  He was born in Itawamba County, MS to Clyde U. and Blondia Gertrude McKinney Jackson.  He was a cattle and hay farmer for 55 years and he loved to fish and hunt.  He was a veteran of the US Army.

Funeral services will be Monday, January 2 , 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Bobby Fowler and Bro. Jackie Hastings officiating.  Burial will be in Liberty Grove Cemetery, Tremont, MS.  Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his daughter, Vicki Enis (Tony); granddaughter, Emily Enis; sisters, Mary Helen Wilson and Barbara Pounders and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Ruth Jackson; his parents; one brother, Jackie Jackson and two brothers-in-law, Ross Wilson and Claude Pounders.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Wilson, Kenneth Enis, Tony Blaylock and Joel Crawley.

Visitation will be Monday, January 2, 10-1 at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL
