Mr. Thomas Reynolds Taylor, age 59, of Escalon, California passed away September 6, 2024 at his home. Thomas was born and raised in Arab, AL, the son of Winford Taylor and Mary Reynolds Taylor. He relocated to California where he worked in the health care industry as a registered nurse at Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, CA.
Thomas leaves behind a loving and supportive family including his partner, Jason Azevedo; daughter, Jennifer Pearce (David); son, Samuel Taylor (Jessica); mother, Mary R. Taylor; step children, Santina and Julian Azevedo; grandchildren, Carter Pearce, Warren Pearce, Memphis Pearce, Daphne Pearce, Emily Taylor and Addison Taylor; sister, Tonya Tuberville (David) and a large extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Winford H. Taylor.
Family, friends and guest will gather for a visitation on Friday, September, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel in Arab, Alabama. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. Thomas’s daughter, Jennifer Pearce, will officiate and present the eulogy. Pallbearers escorting Thomas to his final resting place in Brashiers Chapel Cemetery will be Samuel Taylor, Warren Pearce, Memphis Pearce, Jason Azevedo, Shawn Cooley and Bradley Osborne.
