Mr. Thomas "Milton" BucknerMr. Thomas “Milton” Buckner, age 85 of Woodville, Alabama passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024. He was a Loving Husband, Dad, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Brother. Milton was an avid fisherman, he loved church, was a big Alabama football fan, and enjoyed gardening.

Mr. Buckner is survived by his son, Bruce Buckner, grandchildren, Jason Buckner (Taylor), Bryneth Ennis (Zach), and Briley Buckner; great grandchildren, Xander, Analeigh, Easton, and Emersyn Buckner and Jaxon and Eden Dicus; sister, Nadine Maack (Paul); brothers, Doyle Buckner, Danny Buckner (Virginia), Timothy Buckner (Connie), Bryon Buckner (Tammy), Randy Buckner (Mary); sister-in-law, Donna Buckner; brother-in-law, Dickie Gray; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Buckner; sons, Ronnie Buckner, and Scottie Buckner; granddaughter, Dana Dicus; parents, Thomas and Ruby (Kilgore) Buckner; sisters, Wilma Jean Buckner, Linda Buckner, and Lenita Gray; brothers, James “Bud” Buckner, Dwight Buckner, Charles Lowell “Chuck” Buckner, and twin baby brothers; and sister-in-law, Carolyn Buckner
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Pleasant Groves Holiness Church with Bro. Nick West, Bro. James Carl Black, and Bro. Jason Buckner officiating. Burial will follow in the Gold Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Groves Holiness Church and on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
