Thomas Leo Clemons, age 68, of St. Joseph, Tenn., passed away Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Nashville General Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born in Lauderdale County, Ala., and was a retired carpenter.
Survivors are sons, Thomas L. Clemons Jr., William Edward Clemons, David Wayne Clemons; daughter, Carol Lynn Lance; brothers, Wayne, Douglas and Michael Clemons; sisters, Jewel Creasy, Marie Mewbourn, Patsy Davis, Mary Wilburn, Teresa Henkel and Charlotte Clemons; grandchildren, Lisa Lance, Dustin Clemons and Hunter Clemons.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl L. Clemons, and parents, William Thomas Clemons and Pauline Hannah Clemons.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at Greenhill Funeral Home chapel. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at Greenhill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Restview Cemetery, Loretto, Tenn.
