Thomas “Jack” L. Clemons, Sr. went to rest on high, February 21, 2025. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow at 12:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
Jack was born June 2, 1940, grew up in Decatur, AL and attended Decatur High School before entering the Marine Corp in 1957. Married his beautiful loving wife Linda on May 4, 1958. Jack served as a U.S. Marine for 30 years before retiring and moving back home to the Decatur area. During his military service Jack served 3 tours in Vietnam and was a member of the “Ugly Angels”.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Linda (Walker) Clemons; sons, Thomas L. Clemons, Jr. and Anthony (Tony) J. Clemons; daughter, Angela Collins; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
