Thomas Franklin Owens, age 80, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, TN. He was a native of Minor Hill, TN, retired dozer operator with the City of Nashville, and of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry R. and Cressy Wade Owens; and his wife, Norma Lee Hout Owens.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, December 18, 2017 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 19, 2017 with Tim Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow at Unity Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
