Thomas F. Tesnow, age 76, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, October 04, 2023, at his residence. He was a native of Milwaukee, WI, and retired as a forman and heavy equipment operator for Operating Engineers Local 113. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg, the Lawrenceburg Golf and Country Club, and Knights of Columbus. Mr. Tesnow also enjoyed volunteering with the Wayne County Election Commission and the American Red Cross.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Fern Ehmke Tesnow; and two brothers, Charles Tesnow and James Tesnow.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Regina Tesnow of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Tracy Tesnow of Palmer, AK; and one daughter, Shannon Tesnow of Palmer, AK.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, October 16, 2023, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg. Funeral Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg at 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 17, 2023, with Father Andrew Forsythe officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to the Knights of Columbus.
