Thomas Elkins Giles, 78, of Lexington, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013.
Mr. Giles was a member of First Baptist Church of Lexington. He was retired from Ford Motor Company and was an avid gardener.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Susan Gargis Giles; children, Tommy Giles, Ricky Giles, Danny Wilcox, Marie Duncan, Jo Ann Butler, Allyson Foster; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Eddie Street; and sister, Mary Simpson.
His funeral service will be Sunday, July 14, 2013, at 1:30 at First Baptist Church of Lexington with the Rev. Jeff Cruse officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
