Thomas Edward Ussery, 67, resident of Lewisburg, died on Monday, October 3, 2022, at St. Thomas West.
Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, Oct. 7th at 1 PM at Thomison Cemetery in the Wheel Community. No public visitation will be held.
A Lewisburg native, he was born on April 25, 1955, to the late Terry Ussery and the late Elizabeth Evans Ussery. He enjoyed pitching horseshoes, playing cards with friends, and cooking. He loved his family, and loved to entertain them by joking and laughing. He was known by friends and family to have a heart of gold.
Survivors include his sons, Durell (Cynthia) Thomison, Ronnie (Tasha) Thomison; Chaddrick (Myesha) Lyttle; brothers, Billy Joe (Tammy) Ussery, Raymond (Janice) Ussery, Johnny Ussery; sisters. Lisa (Joe) Green, Tracey Cowthorn; special aunt, Mamie Mayes; and eight grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Linda Thomison Ussery.
