Thomas Bailey “Tommy” Upton, age 85, of Cornersville, Tennessee, died Friday, September 1st, 2023, at his son’s residence.
He was born February 8th, 1938, in the Brick Church Community, to the late Robert Waford and Annie Ruth London Upton. He was a Farmer and a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Annie Laura Upton.
He is survived by two sons, Richard (Jade) Upton of Columbia, and Roger (Kelly) Upton of Cornersville, one sister, Kay Washington of Columbia, one brother, Bob Upton of South Carolina, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023, at 6:00 pm from the Chapel of Cornersville Funeral Home 310 North Main St. Cornersville, TN 37047 with cremation to follow.
Visitation with the family will be held at Cornersville Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 from 4:00 pm until the funeral hour.
