Thomas Andrew (Andy) Cook, age 35, of Cornersville, Tennessee, died Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Andy was born December 22, 1987, at Maury Regional Hospital to Sandra Lawrence Cook and William Randall (Randy) Cook. He was an Administrative Assistant at the Marshall County Recreation Center for many years. Andy enjoyed golfing and was an avid gamer.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William (Bill) Lawrence and William (Bill) Cook.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra Cook of Lewisburg; father, William Randall (Randy) Cook of the Wheel community; maternal grandmother, Annie R. Lawrence of Cornersville; paternal grandmother, Jane Cook of the Wheel community; aunt, Becky Spradling (Dalton) of Oklahoma; uncle, Roger Cook of the Wheel community.
Graveside Service will be conducted on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Lone Oak Cemetery, Lewisburg, Tennessee, with burial to follow.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm.
