Theresa Stevens Strickland, age 64 of Quinton died Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Baptist Medical Center Princeton. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, April 29, 2019 at Bell Sumiton Chapel with burial in Shanghai Cemetery. Harold Spradlin will be officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Preceding her in death were her daughter, Valaire Lynn Stevens; fathers, Leland Crawford Jr. and Jimmy Lee Fortenberry; husband, Denver Mitchell Strickland and brother, Phillip Michael Crawford.
Survivors include son, Billy Stevens and his wife Andrea of Quinton; her mother, WillaDean Fortenberry of Adamsville; sister, Pamela Bush and her husband, Archie of Adamsville; granddaughters, Brooklyn Stevens, Willow Stevens and Haven Fairbanks and her husband Jacob all of Quinton; great-granddaughters, Mayleigh Fairbanks and Madison Fairbanks, both of Quinton; nephews, Johnny Gober and his wife, Kaitlyn and Jeremy Gober and his wife Courtney, all of Adamsville; great nephews, Hunter Gober, Jackson Gober, and Owen Gober all of Adamsville; and great nieces Hailey Gober and Mykah Gober, both of Adamsville.
