Theda Howell Norris, 84, died Saturday, January 12, 2019. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home. The service will be Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
