Theda C. Elkins, 90, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Colbert Memorial Gardens.
