openingFLORENCE-Blue Coast Burrito at 2887 Florence Blvd. had their ribbon cutting on Tuesday January 14, 2014. here are a few photos from the event along with just what Blue Coast Burrito  has to say about themselves:

“The Blue Coast Burrito concept originated in the Capital city of
Nashville, Tn. Blue Coast is a fast casual concept with a fun and
funky flair with a little Mexican influence mixed in. There are
nine corporate stores in and around the Nashville area; with the
other franchisee’s in Arkansas, Lipscome University, Nashville
International Airport (on the Southwest side), Cookville, Tn and
now in Florence, Al.
When Brian and I were looking for a food franchise to be a part
of, we were naturally drawn to this concept. We wanted
something that was fun, fresh, family friendly and something
that we could get excited about. We knew that if we cold get
excited about it, so would others.
This concept was more than we could’ve imagined because it
also took us back to our roots. See, we are former California’s
who moved to the South 20 yeas ago. The food and the atmosphere
just brings back all the great memories from home and of
all the fresh ingredients you can get from the State of California.
We are so excited to have our first of 3 stores here in Florence.
Starting this month of January, we will be kicking off our catering
services and our family nights every Tuesday night starting
at 5 pm. With little surfer meals for$1.99 and 10″ burrito
specials for the Adults for $6.00. Both meals include chips and
drink for that price. If you love the food at the restaurant when
you eat in, then let us make you whole office happy. Come by
and pick up our detailed catering menu and speak with Lorri
about how we can bring the coast to your next office meal, party
or even your reception.
Thank you Florence for being so wonderful to Brian and I.
We are looking forward to a long and strong relationship with
the folks in and around the Shoals area.”
