The Jazz program at Valley Arts and Entertainment, Inc. in Huntsvlle, Alabama was found in 2014. Alabama Women in Jazz is committed to supporting and encouraging young women who have a vision to perform, teach, compose or produce in the music arts.
Annually we present top professional females in music focused on jazz, blues and compositions nationally, regional and local perform our stage. The Eighth Alabama Women in Jazz Festival is ready to kick off on this coming Friday, September 10 @ 6pm in the afternoon at the Bob Harrison Wellness and Advocacy Center on the lawn at 6156 Pulaski Pike NW Huntsville.
