TUSCUMBIA-The Natchez Trace Parkway Association in conjunction with Tuscumbia Retail Development’s annual It’s a Dickens Christmas Ya’ll event will host the first ever THE BALL OF CHRISTMAS PAST Saturday December 12th, 2015…7-10:30 pm with doors opening at 6:30.The ball will be held in the Historic 1833 Georgian styled Winston Home situated at the center of Deshler High School Campus at 200 North Commons in Tuscumbia. Everyone is welcome to join in an evening of English Country Dancing with music of the Period. The ballroom will be decorated with Holiday Greenery and Decorations. Light Refreshments of the time along with Proper Dress of the era is requested and appreciated but not required.

Proceeds go to the Trail of Tear signs. The National Park Service has designed a walking/driving trail through Tuscumbia and will eventually go to Tuscumbia Landing.
