ST FLORIAN-The Town of St. Florian celebrated their German heritage on October 3rd & 4th. The 23rd Annual Oktoberfest was held at the St. Florian Park & Walking Trail.
Oktoberfest not only recognizes and celebrates the Germane heritage of the early settlers of St. Florian, but it also celebrates the heritage and lives of all those who came later who were, and are, so important to the Town of St. Florian.
There was Live Music, Tractor Parade, Antique Farm Machinery & Tractor Show, Arts & Crafts as well as some mighty fine food. The Quad Cities Daily was on had to capture the fun in photos. We are proud to present them here:
