COWAN, TN-The Fall Heritage Festival is a celebration of life in the foothills of the Cumberland Plateau, engaging regional communities through the educational and inspirational experience of history, music, arts, and civic involvement.
The 10th Annual Fall Heritage Festival was held this past weekend in Cowan, Tennessee. all was held on the third weekend of September it is a good way to say goodbye to summer and hello fall. The folks in Cowan were out enjoying the arts & crafts, food fun and music.
