Terry “Snuffy” Dewayne Wallace, 58 of Athens, Alabama, passed away on November 7th, 2024, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born on October 7th, 1966, to James Laymon Wallace and Betty Faye Yarbrough.
Terry is survived by his wife Becky Wallace; his children Terry Wallace (Heather), Johnathon Wallace, Jacob Wallace (Ambreal), Patty Wallace, and Magen Perry (Scott); his adopted son Michael Tisdale; 11 grandchildren; brothers Timothy Wallace (Betty) and Bill Wallace (Cassandra); aunts Wanda Seiler (Klaus) and Ruthie Harris; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Wallace is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Jackie Wallace.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday November 13th, 2024, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home from 10:30am to 1:45pm, with services following in the chapel at 2pm. Daniel Clark and Tammie Johnson will be officiating the service with pallbearers Terry Wallace Jr., Jacob Wallace, Logan Chittam, Matthew Chittam, Earl Haney, Micheal Tisdale and honorary pallbearers Johnathon Wallace, his grandkids, nieces and nephews.
Terry loved his work, Alabama football, fishing, boat riding, his transfer truck and tractor pulls. He was an avid hat collector and loved his kids and grandkids dearly.
