Terry O’Neal Puckett, age 69, of Sheffield, AL, died on Saturday, December 31, 2016. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Terry was a native of Sheffield, AL, and graduate of Sheffield High School, class of 1965. He served as an Army medic in the Vietnam War. Terry was a retired machinist from TVA Power Service Shop. He was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Sheffield. Preceding Terry in death are his parents, Leonard H. and Hazel Hooper Puckett, and daughter, Deanna Reneese Puckett.
Survivors include his wife, Reneese Puckett; son, Bart Puckett; brother, Joe Puckett (Vicki); and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
