Mr. Terry Harris Taylor, 76, passed away Friday, February 5th, 2021 at Methodist Hospital North. Terry was employed by the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad as a diesel machinist for 45 years. If not at work, he was on the go! He enjoyed working in his shop, visiting with friends and family and attending church functions at Braden United Methodist Church, where he was a member. A motorcycle enthusiast, he loved taking road trips, including one to Alaska. He was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Association.
Mr. Taylor is survived by one brother, Lynn Harris Taylor of Senatobia, Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Vick Taylor (1948-2005); his parents, Robert Jackson Taylor (1905-1990) and Alline Harris Taylor (1909-1980).
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Lynnwood Cemetery.
