Terry Franklin Caldwell, age 79 of Phil Campbell, Alabama passed away September 26, 2024 at North Alabama Medical Center.
Terry retired after being in retail management. He was a loving Father, a “fix it man”, was Brent and Scott”s supervisor and enjoyed his back yard overlooking the lake.
Visitation is Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, Alabama
from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Bro. Orbie ‘Son’ Pierce and Bro. Brian Galloway will officiate. Burial will be in East Franklin Cemetery, Phil Campbell, Alabama.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Gwen Caldwell; sons, Brent Steven (Kelley) Caldwell, and Scott Franklin (Sherri) Caldwell; Grandchildren, Ashley (Shawn)Saint,
Taylor (Rachel)Caldwell, Brianna (Caleb) Robison, Brady Caldwell, Emily Caldwell (Christopher Bodie); Great Grandchildren, Kailey Newton, Kinsley Newton, Easton Robison, Ridge Robison, Wilson Saint, Bristol Saint, Jordan Bodie; brother, Allen (Martha) Caldwell; sister, Barbara Harris; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, Hulbert Layton Caldwell and Ruth Ann Weatherford Caldwell; sisters, Reba (Chad)William and Betty (Don)Saint; brother-in-law, Sport Harris.
