Ms. Terri Kay Walker Clark, age 52 of Vernon, AL, passed away Monday, July 5, 2021, at her residence.
Terri was born November 6, 1968, in Vernon, AL, to Mrs. Helen Walker and the late John Walker. She was a 1987 graduate of Lamar High School, and was homecoming queen for the 1986 homecoming football game. Terri later got her Associates Degree from Bevill State Community College in phlebotomy.
Funeral services will be Saturday, July 10, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Chandler Funeral Home, with Pastor Nell Johnson officiating. There will be a wake Friday afternoon, 3:00-6:00 PM, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Furnace Hill.
Terri leaves behind two sons, Chad T. Walker Hood and Darran J. Clark, Jr., both of Vernon, AL; her mother, Helen Walker, of Vernon, AL; one sister, Pam (Clarence) Williams, of Vernon, AL; two brothers, Larry Smith and Donny Smith, both of Vernon, AL; two aunts, Martha (Joe) Washington and Florine Harrington; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
