Teresa Ann Wood, 55, of Rienzi, Mississippi passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi. Mrs. Wood was born Wednesday, October 23, 1968 to the late Clifton and Verdie Clark Felks.
Mrs. Wood was devoted to her Pentecostal faith and enjoyed reading her bible and praying. She enjoyed gospel music. Mrs. Wood loved shopping. Mostly she enjoyed family time with her husband of thirty-eight years, James Wood. Mrs. Wood also loved her animals.
Mrs. Wood is preceded in death by her parents and a single sister Betty Linton.
She is survived by her husband, James Wood; a brother Kenneth Felks; a niece Stephanie Linton; a nephew Matthew Linton; and her two special pets “Max” and “Bella.”
There is A Celebration of Life Service scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, 2023 beginning at two o’clock in the afternoon at McPeters Funeral Directors Chapel, with Bro. Robert Wood officiating. The family will accept friends Tuesday, December 5, 2023 beginning at five o’clock in the afternoon until eight o’clock in the evening and again beginning at one o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday until service time. The family has entrusted the care of the arrangements to Mcpeters Funeral Directors in Corinth, Mississippi.
