HAZEL GREEN-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports asingle-vehicle accident near Hazel Green has taken the life of a Tennessee man:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:20 a.m. Monday, December 9, has claimed the life of a Fayetteville, Tennessee Man.
Levi J. Meeker, 22, was fatally injured when the 2020 Ford F150 that he was driving left the roadway and struck several trees. Meeker was not using a seat belt at the time of crash, was ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Charity Lane near Lemley Road, approximately five miles west of Hazel Green, in Madison County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
