Ted Allen Butler, 48, of Rogersville died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012 at his residence.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of Oliver Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Pat Gibbons and David O’Connell officiating and Ronnie Owens delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dustin Peek, Caleb Butler, Byron Butler, Wade Stinnett, David Joe Wilbanks and Billy Leone.
Ted was preceded in death by his grandparents, Coleman & Mable Wilbanks and Hollis & Mae Belle Butler.
He is survived by his wife, Judi Butler; parents, Tommy & Enid Butler; brother, Tim (Jena) Butler; children, Jenni Gibbons (Parrish Dial) and Charly (Tisa) Gibbons; grandchildren, Gabby, Brianna and Ruthie; niece, Ashley Peek; nephews, Byron & Caleb Butler; great-nephews, Titus & Samuel Peek and numerous cousins and a host of friends.
