In loving memory of Mrs. Tavie Armstrong, age 87 of Albertville, passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 at Albertville Nursing Home. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, with Brother Allen Ackins, Brother Donald Cotton, and Brother David Martin officiating. The family will receive friends and loved one at 11:00 am till the time of service, and burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Armstrong is survived by her husband James “Hob” Armstrong; sons Kent Croft (Angie) and Grant Armstrong (Susan); grandchildren Kasey Croft (Sadie), Rob Armstrong (Jamie), Torrey Croft (Morgan), and Joel Armstrong (Haley); great grandchildren Leigh Claire Armstrong, Averley Armstrong, Graham Croft, Alexander Croft, Hobson Armstrong, and Hudson Croft; and brother Jimmy Gorham (Linda). She is preceded in death by her parents John and Inez Gorham; and sister Tommie Croft.
Pallbearers will include Kasey Croft, Rob Armstrong, Torrey Croft, Joel Armstrong, Miguel Corona, and Robert Entrekin.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donation to be made to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice of Marshall County.
