Survivors include her mother, Alyea Owens; father, Ian Howard, grandparents, Justin and Kendall Owens, and Brittany Mann; great-grandparents, Phillip and Teresa Logan, Ronald Owens, Jacki Owens, Angie and Todd Cooley, and James and Pamela Mann; great-great grandmother, Maggie Hamm; aunts and uncles, Layla Owens, Jonah Owens, Natelie Howard, Khloe Holt, and Jayden Howard; and several other extended family. Taska Everlyn was preceded in death by her grandfather, Jesse Howard; great grandmothers, Lisa Howard and Barbara Vandiver; great-great grandparents, Willard and Delois White, Tommy and Nina Tackett, Veston Logan, and Melvin and Dorothy Harville.
Pallbearers will be Jayden Howard and Jonah Owens.
The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff at Huntsville Hospital Women and Children’s, especially Leah.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wells Clayton Whitworth Memorial Foundation or Huntsville Hospital Women and Children’s NICU.
