Tamara Kay Trevarthen, 65, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Brookwood Medical Center. She was born October 10, 1959, in Jefferson County, to Truman Earl Trevarthen and Myrtle Marie Driver Trevarthen, who preceded her in death. She was employed as a Nurse for U.A.B. Hospital / Baptist Medical Center, prior to her passing.
Survivors include her Husband – Bill Monk, Jr., of Birmingham, AL.
A memorial service will be held by her family at a later date.
