Funeral service for Susan Jeanette Tidd Jump, 65, of Madison, will be Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church with Dr. T. Reynolds Hall officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church, Hartselle, AL.
Ms. Jump died on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Madison Manor Nursing & Rehab. Center. She was born September 20, 1951, in Jacksonville, FL to Aldorus John Tidd and Josephine Jane Steele Tidd.
Susan was raised in Blue Ash area of Ohio outside Cincinnati, where at a young age she accepted Christ as her Savior. She was married at 18 and had four children whom she raised to love the Lord. Through homeschooling, Susan was able to provide a Christian education that ultimately helped her children develop the character that would enable them to become leaders in their respective fields. She had a passion for music and actively participated in the choirs in the churches that she attended. She loved all and was loved by all and will surely be missed.
