Susan H. Johnston age 74 of Athens died Wednesday at her residence. She was born September 27, 1947 in Magnolia, Kentucky.
She was a retired insurance broker, and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her Son, D.M. (Shawn) Hazelwood of Madison, Alabama. Brother, Patrick (Beverly) Heath of Hodgenville, Kentucky. Grandson, Patrick Cassidy of Madison, Alabama. Niece, Donna (Steve) Heath Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky. Nephews, Jerrod (Missy) Heath of Campbellsville, Kentucky, and their children, Meredith Burns and Weston Heath. Jason (Tiffany) Heath of Peidmont, Oklahoma, and their children, Jaycie Heath, Cody Heath, and Ty Heath.
Mrs. Johnston was preceded in death by her Parents, Bomar and Ozella Heath. Brother, Don Heath. Sister, Rheta Davis. There will be a private memorial service later. The family ask donations to be made to Hospice of Limestone County.
