Susan Caroline Clark, age 60 of Decherd, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2025, at St. Thomas West. She was born in Oak Forest, Illinois, on February 10, 1965, to the late Ralph and Betty (Daniel) Edwards. A dedicated homemaker, she enjoyed taking care of her home and growing plants and flowers. A true homebody, Susan was in her comfort zone when she was at home, making memories with her beloved family. She enjoyed being outdoors, especially bird watching, collecting rocks, camping, and fishing. Sunday afternoon rides and trips taken with her family and friends were special to her. A wonderful mother with a heart of gold, she will be remembered for her compassionate and loving as well as her understanding nature mixed with a beautiful sense of humor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Edwards. Susan is survived by her significant other of twelve years, Terry Kuhn; children, Andrea Partin, Laura Gannon, Katlin Clark (Damon Lucchesi), and Kaleb (Kayla) Clark; grandchildren, Evan (Hannah) Ashby, Trint (Elizabeth) Partin, Haiden Partin, Braydin (Chloe) Partin, Christopher Fults, Lucas Pratt, Matthew Gannon, Maison Gannon, Jaidyn Clark, Gracelynn Gannon, Aubrey Lucchesi, and one on the way to parents Kaleb and Kayla; her first great-grandbaby is on the way to parents, Evan and Hannah; and siblings, Ralph (Marty) Edwards Jr, John Edwards, Peggy (Jaime) Ramos, and Ann Campbell (Michael Clark); several nieces, nephews, and extended family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Watson Funeral Home.
