Stuart Russell Thomas, 50, of New Hope, AL, passed away Friday. Mr. Thomas is survived by his wife, Nancy Thomas; three stepchildren: James (Brandy) Holliday, Jeremy (Amy) Mutschler, and Aaron Watkins; parents, Kyle and Nancy Thomas; sister, Isabel Thomas Evans and her husband Rev. Jeff Evans; four grandchildren: Cassie, Emily, Alexi, and Madison; three nephews: Ethan Evans, Dylan Evans, and Thomas Hunneycutt; mother-in-law, Phyllis Holliday; and all his friends at Landstar.
A private memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Russel Hill Foundation. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
