Stuart L. Hass, 66, died Sunday, May 8, 2016, at Tupelo Nursing and Rehab. He was born August 10, 1949, in Detroit, MI to Charles and Doris Hass. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering at Memphis State University. He started his career with Hughes Aircraft and retired from Boeing after 33 years of service. He served in the United States Naval Reserve in Millington, TN. He was Methodist by faith and was a huge movie buff, collecting numerous DVD’s and movie soundtracks. He was also an amateur photographer.

Services will be 2 PM Wednesday at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Dunlap officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

He is survived by his brother, Norman Hass and wife Pat of Tupelo; two nieces, Sharon Hass and Andrea Ballier and husband Scott; two nephews, Stephen Hass and wife Katie and Jeffrey Hass and wife April; numerous great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Stanley Hass.
