A Visitation Service for Stuart Kelley Hamlin, 48, will be Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Hamlin passed away on Monday, September 2, 2024 at Grandview Medical Center. He was born September 22, 1975, in Talledega, Alabama, to Stephen Kelley Hamlin and Debbie Sue Webster Hamlin Stinson.
Stuart was a 1994 graduate of Hartselle High School and then played football for 1 year at Cumberland University in Tennessee. He was FCA President during his High School affiliation and was a member of Parkview Baptist Church. Stuart loved Auburn football, the Washington Redskins and cats. He also was an avid birdwatcher, especially owls and ravens. He was employed by Securtas, prior to his passing.
Preceding him in death were his father: Stephen Hamlin, his paternal grandparents: Nolen and Esther Hamlin and an Uncle: Doug Webster.
