Steven Shayne Atkinson, 49, of Florence, passed away July 10, 2013, at his residence. He was of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 13, 2013, from 2-4 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home.
Mr. Atkinson was preceded in death by his grandfather, Harvey Atkinson; uncle, Randy Atkinson.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Atkinson, of Florence; stepson, John Swinea (Michelle), of Lexington; mother, Shirley Scanlon, of Florence; grandchildren, Payton Swinea, Madelyn Swinea; grandmother, Willodean Atkinson, of Florence; aunts and uncles, Diane and Mike Lawson, of Florence, James and Jewel Atkinson, of Elgin; several cousins.
