Steve Wilson passed away on August 27, 2020 at age 86. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Sunday from 3-5 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Joe Widick, is 11 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2020 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. Entombment in Wilson County Memorial Mausoleum will follow the service. Mr. Wilson was born in Atlanta Georgia to Frank and Bertha Wilson. He worked as a Research Engineer for 40 years with Georgia Tech Radar Systems after his service in the United States Navy. He loved hiking, photography, astronomy, and travelling, and was a WWII history buff. He was a member of Maple Hill Church of Christ. Mr. Wilson is survived by wife Sherrel B. Wilson, daughters Jennifer (Perry) Lewis and Stephanie Miller, grandchildren Chandler Stephen Lewis, Meghan Pearson, Alexander Wilson Miller, Mary “Hannah” Miller, and Emma Kathryn Miller, great-granddaughters Callie Rae Laws and Polly Pearson, and sister Mary Elizabeth Wilson.
