Stephen Eric Plemmons, age 77 of Nauvoo, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Walker Baptist Center in Jasper, Alabama. He was born March 05, 1947 to Charles and Mary Plemmons. Stephen was a very genuine man who enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved his little dog, Charlie. His favorite hobbies were to play his guitars and work on cars. Visitation will be Saturday, January 04, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where a service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Stephen was survived by his of 24 years, Loretta Plemmons; children, Lalena (Todd) Pruit, Amanda (Jason) Bird, Stephanie (Derrick) Lawrence, Lisa (Bobby) Owsley, Joshua Loveless, Michelle Loveless (Brandon), Justin Cagle and Jonathan Cagle; 16 grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Ricky (Tammy) Pruitt, Darrin (Amy) Pruitt and Randy Pruitt, sister-in-law, Emily Pruitt (Zach); and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Plemmons and Mary Witkos; brother, Charles Plemmons Jr.; sisters, Dianne Hamlin and Ramona Lee; brother-in-law, Danny Pruitt.
