Stanley Harold Mitchell, age 62 of Jacksonville, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Frank and Mary Mitchell; brothers, Stephen Mitchell and Michael Mitchell; and sister, Carol Potter.
Mr. Mitchell is survived by his wife, Melissa Mitchell; daughter, Stephanie Wells; son in law, Dalton Wells; granddaughters, Rylee Wells and Raegan Wells; siblings, Chris Mitchell, Rita Kiker, Wanda Mitchell Belamy, June Willis, Sandra Corbitt, Sherry Weeks and Becky Mitchell.
He enjoyed fishing, Alabama football and spending time with his family.
A graveside service will be held at Skyline Cemetery in Jackson County. Service times will be announced once they are available.
