Stanley Eugene Smith, 58, of Rogersville died Saturday, May 30th, 2015. He was a 1976 graduate from Lauderdale County High School and worked for Smith Service Corporation, Decatur.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015 from 6 – 8 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 3rd at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Jimmy Glass & James Waddell officiating. Burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Randall Grisham, Brock Downs, Dustin Harrison, Josh Proctor, Will Proctor, Chris Harrison and honorary, Jared Smith.
Stanley was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herbert & Leo Smith and James & Minnie Heathcoat. He is survived by his children, Whitney Smith and Matthew Smith; parents, Harold & Wynell Smith; special friend, Sue Forsythe; grandchildren, Jazmine Smith and Madalyn Smith; brother, Jeffery (Lynn) Smith; sisters, Marsha (David) Smith and Pamela (Dwayne) Proctor and numerous nieces & nephews.
