NASHVILLE, TN-Fine Artist Stacy Beam hosts his annual “Art On The Mountain” event 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily, July 2-4 at the Stacy Beam Gallery, 19643 State Highway 56, Beersheba Springs, Tenn. A VIP patron reception takes place 6-9 p.m. CDT, July 3. Proceeds from art sales benefit the Beersheba Springs Medical Clinic. The event is free and open to the public.
An American painter who began his career as a portrait artist, Beam now focuses on personal interpretation of the American South. Most recently, Beam was among an elite group of artists chosen to Plein Air paint at world-class museum and botanical attraction Nashville’s Cheekwood Estate & Gardens.
In addition to Beam’s “Art On The Mountain” event, the Independence Day Weekend in Beersheba Springs also features Dash to the Door 2021, a live and virtual 3-mile walk or 5K run to benefit the free medical clinic. The live event is held in accordance to CDC guidelines. Check-in is at 7 a.m. CDT, July 3, 2021, at the Beersheba Clinic 19592 SR 56, Beersheba Springs, TN. Virtual participation is July 3-5, 2021.
The Beersheba Springs Medical Clinic is a non-profit facility established in 2010 to provide comprehensive ambulatory medical services for Beersheba Springs and Grundy County, one of the most depressed counties in Tennessee.
