UPDATE: Snow? Maybe? But Not For Thanksgiving

A wintry mix is possible tonight, with some light accumulation in grassy areas and elevated surfaces. Watch out for slick spots on bridges and overpasses later tonight.

THE SHOALS-Weather Update for The Shoals:   Rain and sleet mix is expected to turn to rain only tonight. Rain will continue through tomorrow evening turning over to snow around 9pm on Tuesday night and continue through 9am Wednesday. No accumulation is expected at this time. But as you know weather conditions  in Alabama can change  at a moments notice. Roads will be wet through Thanksgiving and caution should be used when traveling this week. We will keep you posted as the weather conditions change.
