MONTGOMERY — The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Alabama PAC has endorsed Larry Stutts in the 6thDistrict Senate Race. The political action committee is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.
“Our members support the candidates who support small business, and Larry Stutts has shown us time and again that he understands the challenges facing Alabama’s job creators,” NFIB State Director Rosemary Elebash said. “With his 100% NFIB voting record, Larry Stutts has demonstrated his commitment to creating and maintaining an environment where small businesses can grow and create jobs.”
The NFIB Alabama PAC’s endorsement is critical to Stutts’ campaign. Small-business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members and acquaintances to go to the polls. The PAC’s support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on small business issues.
“I am honored to receive the support of the NFIB. A large majority of jobs are created by businesses with less than 50 employees. Independent business owners are truly the backbone of the economy. My 100% voting record on economic and business issues confirms my understanding of and commitment to conservative, pro-business values” Stutts said.
