CULLMAN COUNTY- The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident near Dodge City has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:11 a.m. Sunday, July 16, has claimed the life of a Navoo man.
John A. Mills, 60, was fatally injured when the 2005 Nissan Altima that he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Mills was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Alabama 69 near the 223 mile marker, approximately 13 miles southwest of Dodge City, in Cullman County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
